The ADAWA ADC Course will be held from December 3-5 at the Oral Health Centre of Western Australia (OHCWA) in the Operative Technique laboratory.
To the best of our ability, teeth, instruments, materials etc will be used in the ADC exam. You will be provided with one tooth for each exercise. If you have your own Columbia teeth you can bring them to use if time permits. Additional teeth will be available to purchase on the day.
This is not a teaching course but a chance to carry out procedures in a simulated examination environment and get immediate feedback.
Hands-on demonstrations of the clinical tasks and then carrying out restorative procedures, followed by feedback on the spot.
Hands-on demonstrations and then carrying out rubber dam placement, endodontic access, crown preparation and temporary crown – with on-the-spot feedback.
OSKE exams, with on-the-spot feedback.
