The restoration of endodontically treated teeth poses a clinical and technical challenge to every dental practitioner. From this hands-on course you will learn and understand the principles of restoring severely broken-down teeth, guided by the latest evidence, to help with clinical decision making. Participants will be guided through various techniques in post and core fabrication, placement and in restoring these challenging clinical scenarios.
About the presenters
Dr Poh Hun Loh is a Senior Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry at the UWA Dental School where he is responsible for teaching prosthodontics and restorative dentistry to dental students and specialists in training. He has been involved in continuing education and post-graduate teaching and assessments nationally and internationally. He is a prosthodontist at OHCWA and in specialist private practice in West Perth.
Dr Victor Matsubara is a consultant in prosthodontics at OHCWA and a researcher. His clinical activities have been focused on oral rehabilitation using implants and digital dentistry tools. He has delivered lectures across different topics in oral rehabilitation and oral implantology nationally and internationally. He is currently working full-time at UWA Dental School as a Senior Lecturer in restorative dentistry.
