After an extensive renovation and refurbishment, ADAWA's West Perth lecture theatre and accompanying facilities are available for hire by ADAWA members, dental colleagues and affiliated associations and societies. Whether you are wanting to hire a space for a seminar, presentation or board meeting, the modern space will suit your needs.
Our state-of-the-art, tiered and air-conditioned lecture theatre comfortably seats 83. To ensure clear visibility for all attendees, the lecture theatre features HD projection and multiple duplicate monitors. New AV equipment is permanently installed, with the option of using in-house PC or external equipment via HDMI. The set-up also has capacity for remote meetings, live streaming, and webinar recording.
Adjacent to the lecture theatre is a spacious and flexible breakout or multipurpose room, with AV facilities that can be used for networking events, dinner events, board meetings or hands-on courses. This light and bright room leads to a full modern kitchen for catering purposes. The breakout room is available for hire with or independently of the lecture theatre.
Three boardrooms are also available for hire, depending on your requirements. Our Executive Boardroom comfortably seats 16, our Corporate Boardroom sits 10, and we also have a Meeting Room for small meetings.

Ideally located in the heart of West Perth on Havelock Street, ADA House is on the CAT bus route and a short 10-minute walk from City West train station.
A limited amount of parking is available on site. A public car park is nearby in Mayfair Street, off Outram Street, and ample paid street parking is also available.
Our facilities to hire are fully accessible, with wheelchair access, accessible toilets and ACROD parking onsite.
