You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional care, designing and presenting treatment plans, and following through with high-quality dentistry. Patient satisfaction is central—so is being commercially minded. This is a role for someone who enjoys producing, who wants to track their daily numbers, and who’s comfortable discussing treatment value and outcomes with patients.
You’ll start with a part-time schedule with the view to building toward a full book as demand grows. You’ll have the backing of a supportive team and mentoring from the principal dentist, but you’ll be trusted to manage your day and drive your own results. Much work has gone into creating an online system with clear policies, procedures, and metrics. You will have access to this and be willing to learn it.
You’ll need at least two years of dental experience, AHPRA registration, and a mindset of growth and results.
