Renewal questions

Your renewal documents will be sent out around the 5th June by email.

Some iinet, westnet, yahoo and icloud email addresses have marked renewal emails as spam. Please be sure to check your spam and junk accounts and add [email protected] to your contacts.

  • Add your date of birth in ddmmyear format no backslashes. ie. 01011980
  • View your details on page 2 and ensure they are correct ie. category

  • Only a Full Membership (Member and Insurance) can pay their policy via the website link here.
  • You will also need your Reference number – found on your renewal policy.

  • Direct Debit Form available for download here
  • When paying your renewal before 30th June (as an early payment) – make sure to tick the “early payment” checkbox.
  • Early payments are best paid by 27th June to process in time (bank transfers and bpays can take a fews days to process depending on your bank).
  • Direct debits only apply for Full Membership.
    • Members with a Monthly or quarterly direct debit have a 2.5% admin fee on the MDA fee line, this is outlined on page four of their renewal notice under “Paying by Instalments”.

  • There is no longer the OMZ for Membership or Indemnity from financial year 2026/2027 as it is discontinued.
  • The MDA indemnity ORS for Orthodontics will now be combined with other specialties in OSP.
  • All our current members on YD4 Indemnity will roll over to a new category YD5 for their MDA/DPL Indemnity Category.
    Their ADAWA membership will remain on YD4.
  • DNC is another new category for 2026/2027 for Dentist Non Clinical. This may suit Dentists who only lecture for example at OHCWA.

Call Dental Essentials on 08 9382 5614 and let them know you are an ADAWA member.

Dental Essentials will contact ADAWA to confirm you are a financial member and will set up free Public Liability and will send you a Certificate of Insurance.
