Doucas Dental is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Dentist to join our established family dental practice in Midland, WA.
With a proud 40+ year history, we have a loyal long-term patient base, a busy clinical environment and an experienced team of dental assistants and administration staff.
ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Doucas Dental is a modern, QIP-accredited practice equipped with advanced technology, including:
- CBCT
- CAD/CAM
- Intraoral scanner
- Advanced digital dental equipment
We are a preferred provider with HBF and CBHS and have established policies and procedures supporting high standards of clinical care.
Our practice is conveniently located in Midland, opposite a major shopping centre, with easy access to the northern suburbs.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a dentist with 5+ years of overall experience, including at least 2–3 years of clinical experience in Australia, New Zealand or the UK.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of treatment, with a particularly strong patient base requiring:
- Implant dentistry
- Veneers and cosmetic dentistry
- Crowns and bridges
- Prosthodontics
- Restorative and general dentistry
Experience in implants and comprehensive cosmetic dentistry will be highly regarded.
REMUNERATION
- 40% commission
- Sliding-scale incentive structure based on performance and production
- Potential to earn approximately $300,000–$500,000 per year for the right candidate, depending on performance and production
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication and a patient-centred approach. You should be comfortable managing a busy schedule, working collaboratively with an experienced team and taking ownership of comprehensive treatment planning and patient care.
A commitment to continuing education and preventative dentistry is also expected.

- Valid professional indemnity insurance
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Working With Children Check
