We’re looking for an enthusiastic young dentist to join our long-established practice — one with a loyal, well-established patient base and a genuine commitment to mentoring and developing the right candidate.
About Us
Our clinic has been serving the local community for over 40 years and has recently undergone a full refit, including:
- CBCT / OPG imaging
- Intra-oral scanners
- 3D printing (coming soon)
You’ll be supported by an experienced, fully trained and qualified support team from day one.
The Role
We’re seeking a graduate dentist who is:
- Open and willing to be mentored, with structured support and guidance from experienced colleagues within the
practice. - Committed to building a strong foundation in general and diagnostic skills before progressing to other areas we
offer at Alma Dental:- Orthodontics — full fixed appliances and aligners, airways, and early intervention
- Implants
- Cosmetic dentistry / smile design
- Adaptable, with a collaborative, patient-first approach and a genuine appetite for learning.
All clinicians at Alma Dental are expected to commit to genuine continual education, ensuring we offer our patients the highest standard of care.
Remuneration & Hours
- Initial hours: Part-time, 2 days per week plus some Saturdays, with a view to increasing days over time.
- Year one: Salaried position, offering stability while you settle in and build your patient base.
- From year two: Renegotiated to a commission-based, part-time structure.
