DR RICHARD KOZLOWSKI – IV SEDATION AND GENERAL DENTAL UNDER GA BDS(UK) MFGDP(UK) GradDipClinDent(Conscious Sedation and Pain Control, Syd) I offer a mobile intravenous sedation service to facilitate treatment of your patients in your own practice. Pre-operative sedation consults are performed at my Practice. I have provided this service in Perth since 2003. References available on request. For patients who need general dental treatment but are unsuitable for intravenous sedation, I can provide their treatment under general anaesthetic. I am registered to provide treatment at Southbank Day Surgery and will arrange a specialist anaesthetist to provide the anaesthetic.
