New Practitioners Program - Fifth Study Club

The fifth Study Club of 2024 in our New Practitioner Program will be presented by Dr Wesley Huupponen on Wednesday September 18.

This Study Club is entitled: Avoiding common complications in oral surgery.

Wesley Huupponen graduated with Honours in Dentistry from The University of Western Australia in 2002. He bought a practice in Kalgoorlie in 2005 where he worked full time until 2012. It was working there that he performed several thousand dental extractions, including third molar removal, regularly performing surgery under GA at the local regional hospital. Following returning to Perth, he has gradually restricted his practice to Dental Extractions and Management of Dental Emergencies, and performs many of these on a referral basis.
